Maayan Benseev is the founder of Oceans’ Investors Group. With over 8 years of real estate & property management experience. She is a graduate of the Caplan School of Real Estate and received her real estate license in 2017. Additionally, Maayan is part of the Commercial Academy that holds multiple training events each year. Her expansive financial knowledge seamlessly supports her real estate work and allows Maayan to serve her clients with a comprehensive approach.

Maayan has expertly managed both residential and commercial real estate acquisition accounts from start to finish, with responsibilities including researching prospective deals, performing market analysis, negotiating purchase terms, writing up contracts, and finalizing deals. She strives to utilize the most current techniques, consistently finding creative solutions to provide profitable returns for investors and successful negotiations for homeowners.

As President and CEO of Oceans’ Financial Group, Maayan is a trusted name in the financial world with over 16 years of experience. Her dedication to fostering long term relationships with her clients and passion for lifelong learning has allowed her to build an impressive resume of experience in the real estate arena over the past several years.

In her free time Maayan enjoys spending time and traveling with her 2 kids.

Shay Yakobovich is the founder and principal of Luxe Holdings Group, a real estate investment company that specializes in locating value-add assets, or ‘diamonds in the rough,’ analyzing, acquiring, repositioning, stabilizing and disposing of residential and commercial properties throughout Florida and in other select markets.

Born and raised in Israel, Shay started his career in real estate investments while he was still a college student. After moving to the United States, he focused full-time on building and managing his real estate portfolio in diversified asset categories which include, but are not limited to residential, retail and industrial. Shay has extensive investment knowledge and experience from managing large portfolios of properties. This experience coupled with his vast network of Regional and National tenants make him an expert in force-appreciating distressed or depressed market assets via strategic lease negotiation and marketing.

Shay is currently pursuing his CCIM designation and is an active member of ICSC and the real estate divisions of the Jewish federation of Broward County.

Faria is the founder of a real estate investment firm based out of New Jersey that specializes in acquisition, rehabilitation, management and disposition of value-add assets in select markets. Faria currently holds investment portfolios in six different states including Florida and Texas.

While coming from an Engineering and Day Trading background, Faria, the managing member of this investment firm started by buying and selling portfolios of single-family homes, condominiums and apartment buildings across the country. In recent years, she has focused on building a portfolio in the retail and industrial category by acquiring non-performing and under-performing assets and funding redevelopment capital to maximize profitability by stabilizing and revitalizing these assets to their highest and best uses.
